Scientific Software
Data assimilation system ORCHIDAS (github, access by demand)
Optimization of the model parameters by fitting the simulated data to the observations using variational (gradient-based) or random-search (Monte Carlo) approaches. Currently adapted to the land surface models ORCHIDEE (IPSL) and CTESSEL (ECMWF) to optimize the carbon, hydrology and energy-related parameters using in situ flux measurements, satellite products, atmospheric CO2 measurements, carbon inventory data, etc. Additional features implemented in the tool: parameters sensitivity analysis, parameters perturbation testing, performing conventional model simulations (spinup, transient, historic, etc.). |
|
SIF-GPP optimization (github)
Optimization of the relationship between the satellite-derived estimates of sun-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF) and the model evaluations of carbon gross primary production (GPP), developed in the context of CAMS-41 project for optimizing the CTESSEL model (ECMWF), also used for the ORCHIDEE model (LSCE)

Radon diffusion in calibration chamber (flash)
Simulation and uncertainty estimation of the radon flux distribution in the calibration system for metrological attestation of devices for radon flux density
measurements from the soil surface
Ref.: Rad. Prot. Dosim., 164(4), 2015 |
|
Multi-layer track detector sensitivity (flash)
Calculation of the five-layer LR-115 track detector response to irradiation by alpha-emitting radionuclides distributed in different materials
Ref.: Rad. Safety Issues, 2(58), 2010 (in Russian) |
|
Plutonium-239 tracks formation (flash)
Modelling of the track geometries and distribution in the quartz glass detector formed by fission fragments of the aerosol-attached and unattached plutonium-239 particles |
